Another one of those oddly named Thai drinks...
First it was Mansome, the drink made for especially for men. Yesterday I came across this little bottled drink of vitamin and mineral splendor- Dr. Mind Zen. Supposedly this 100 ml. bottle is packed full of Magnesium, L-Theanine, and Vitamin B-12. From the information I have been able to gather, it seems this is a drink for women, helpful in preventing migraines and relieving stress. It is also supposed to aid those who have trouble sleeping. Yes, drink one bottle of this and you'll wake up refreshed, not tired!
Last but not least, this fantastic elixir balances the mental, emotional, and the brain, whatever that means. It almost sounds too good to be true. For the record, I drank a bottle of DrMindZen at 10:00 AM this morning. If this small quantity of liquid can balance my mental, emotional, and brain, I'll be impressed sufficiently to buy another bottle. Psychedelic drugs have yet to balance me out but I remain hopeful Dr. Mind Zen can do as is claimed.
I generally only sleep 4-5 hours a night. Why? Because unless sleeping outside or I'm in a hotel with perfect air-conditioning, perfect air-temperature, and a top-notch bed, I am unable to get more than 4-5 hours of sleep. I've been like this for as long as I can remember. I think it might have something to do with the belief that I'll have plenty of time to sleep when I die but who knows, maybe it's just insomnia. If Dr. Mind Zen can aid my sleeping and help me to wake up refreshed, not tired, I'll buy an entire case of the stuff.
This will probably be the first and last bottle of Dr. Mind Zen I ever buy. If it works, I'll let you know.
