Visa Free - 55 countries are currently eligible for visa-free travel. The length of the visa-free travel varies depending on the nationality; 30-day, 90-day, and visas on arrival (15 days). Cambodians are automatically allowed into the country for fifteen days.
Transit Visa - 800 baht Tourist Visa - 1000 baht A single entry tourist visa is good for 60 days. You may then get an additional 30 days by applying for an extension at immigration and paying. There is no such thing as a 90-day tourist visa. A multiple entry visa is between two and four entries total. Non-Immigration - 2000 baht (single-entry) or 5000 baht (multiple-entry)
Overstay Fee - 500 baht per day. The maximum overstay fine is 20,000 baht. Do not overstay. Overstaying your visa can lead to jail time, deportation, and being blacklisted. Re-entry Permit
Any time you are in Thailand on a non-immigrant visa, a re-entry permit is required when exiting the country if you wish to continue using your visa .
90-day Reporting
If you are a foreigner staying in Thailand longer than 90 days, Thai immigration requires you report your current address every 90 days. The notification must be made within 15 days prior to the 90 days or no greater than 7 days after the 90 days has expired. Failing file your 90-day report can result in a 2000 baht fine. If arrested, this fine can increased up to 4000 baht.
