'Please Be Kind To Animals' at the Croc Farm and Zoo. To have a sign with these words on their grounds is hypocritical, to put it mildly. How do you feel about captive animals and animals be used for entertainment? Let me know.
Yesterday, my mother, my sister, her two kids, and our family visited the Kwan Riam Market, where Nicholas tried cotton candy for the first time. Alex didn't want any. He is by far the healthiest eater of the family.
"You do know that's all sugar, right?" said Alex, with a disapproving grin.
He's the one who is on all of us anytime we make a poor food choice. And I'm grateful...I definitely do not have the same disciple as I had when I was younger. Sometimes I have zero discipline. We also went to the Crocodile Farm, had lunch by the sea, then finished off the afternoon with a visit to the Ancient City. These videos will be uploaded shortly.
My mother, sister and two children are in town for the next week or so. Mom is dedicated herself to making sure her grandchildren have as much fun as can humanly be squeezed into one day. It's nice to have the family in town to spend time with them, but grandma is a whirlwind and I have very little time left in the day once we're done. So this means the time left to edit videos is minimal. I should start having a little more time in the next few days and I'll make sure to put up a video or two as well as a few other things. I think the photo above says it all.
