Yesterday, my mother, my sister, her two kids, and our family visited the Kwan Riam Market, where Nicholas tried cotton candy for the first time. Alex didn't want any. He is by far the healthiest eater of the family.

He's the one who is on all of us anytime we make a poor food choice. And I'm grateful...I definitely do not have the same disciple as I had when I was younger. Sometimes I have zero discipline.
