This video gives a quick look at FBT and their Sport Complex and Fitness Center. Knowing that I've trained at FBT before, the wife got me a membership for Christmas. Of course, she wants to exercise there too, although she and I train differently. The kids have always been into boxing and Muay Thai and now they want to train at the FBT Fitness Center too.
Located across the street from Huamark Stadium on Ramkhamhaeng Road and a five minute walk from the Khlong Saen Saep, you can reach FBT via canal boat taxi, Airport Link, bus and of course, taxi. The price is reasonable too: a day pass is 199 baht, a weekly pass is 399 baht
